Screwtape Book Study: Monday January 16, 2012 at 7pm The Screwtape Book group meets the 1st Sunday @ 2 pm and the 3rd Monday @ 7pm each month.
Jr. Youth Group and Sn. Youth Group – Sunday, January 8th from 6 to 8 pm: Youth Group provides a safe, welcoming, opening space for youth to meet, deepen their faith and have fun.
FOOD PANTRY NEEDS Food is needed every month! There are 150-160 families coming to the pantry each month and that takes a lot of food. Please consider donating some canned food items. Volunteers are needed as well.
Forward Day by Day Prayer Guides This is a reminder that the "Forward Day by Day" prayer guides are available in the Narthex. Due to the few numbers that are used by our parishioners each quarter, discontinuance is being considered. If you have a comment, contact Eric Knopf.
Lectio Divina Meetings Please note the schedule change for the monthly Lectio Divina meeting. It is now being held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7PM in the Sanctuary. It is facilitated by Br. Leo Campos, it runs for one hour, and all are invited to attend. For more information, please contact Eric Knopf.
Altar Flowers: In the upcoming year, you will have the opportunity to make a contribution toward altar flowers in honor of or in memory of a friend or loved one, to commemorate a special occasion, or simply to the glory of God. There is a flower chart in the narthex on which you can sign up. Please choose a date on the chart and write your name and dedication next to it. Your dedication will be noted in the bulletin on that date. Suggested contribution amount is $25, which will go toward Creator’s flower fund. Checks may be placed in the offering plate or mailed to the church. Please note "Altar Flowers" on the memo line.
Recycle Ministry: Paper: Please deposit unwanted bulletins in the blue “Recycle” bin by the Church door. Contact Barbara Jennings (559-0859) if you would like to assist with this ministry. Ink Cartridges and cell phones: The drop box for used ink cartridges and cell phones is located by the Office door.
